Hi, I’m Peter. I photograph weddings in Prague.

I’m an English-speaking wedding photographer, and I have photographed over 400 weddings since 2013. I started in New York and New Jersey, and since 2018 I have been photographing weddings in Prague and across Europe.

I love Prague weddings. The city is unique, with its history, its castles and its old streets, but what I love most are the couples who choose to marry here. They love life, and they want to invest in their love. Being part of that is the best part of my job.

How I photograph

Real moments, beautiful light, and a day you can simply enjoy

Most of your wedding day I stay in the background and photograph what really happens: the nerves before the ceremony, your families, the friends who flew in from far away. When it is time for portraits, I guide you gently, so you never have to wonder what to do with your hands.

Prague gives us incredible places to work with, from Charles Bridge at sunrise to quiet corners of Malá Strana and the châteaux outside the city. I know where the light is good at each time of day, and we plan your portraits around it.

In twenty years, your photos should remind you how the day felt, not only how it looked.

So I plan for the unexpected. I always travel with backup gear, and every camera and every lens I use has a backup with me at every wedding.

I’m also a member of photographers’ associations, including ASSF and a Czech photographers’ association, where members support each other in a critical emergency. So your wedding is always backed up by other professionals if ever needed.

Prague, and a little beyond

Mostly Prague and the Czech countryside, from the Old Town to châteaux like Mcely and Nimeřice. I also travel for weddings in Bratislava, Budapest and Tuscany.
