A White and Sage Wedding at Château Mcely
From Australia to a château near Prague, with portraits in the city to finish

Their story
Two continents, one château
She grew up in the Czech Republic, he was living in Australia, and their paths crossed while they were both studying in Germany. When it was time to plan the wedding, they decided to celebrate in her home country and flew in from Australia to do it.
They fell in love with the look of Château Mcely: a five-star château in the middle of the St. George Forest, just under an hour from Prague, with golden salons, a library and five hectares of English park full of old oaks. Everything about the day matched it, from the white roses and sage-green stationery to the bridesmaids in every shade of green.
After the celebration at the château we drove into Prague for portraits in the city centre, so their story has both: a fairy-tale château in the countryside and the streets of Prague.
Here is their day, chapter by chapter.
